We will initially confirm that we have received your order by sending you an e-mail. Deliveries are made anywhere in the UK. You can specify a delivery date in Checkout. Most orders will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch, however, some postcodes require 48 hours (see the 'If you do not specify a delivery date' section below)

Saturday Deliveries

Please note that a delivery on a Saturday cannot be guaranteed, although approx 95% are made on time.For that really important occasion we recommend that the delivery be made a day earlier on the Friday and to ensure this, please order before 3 pm UK time on the Thursday before.

Important: we are not able to deliver on Sundays, and therefore we are recommending, that deliveries be made on the Friday before. If you select a delivery on a Saturday, please note that we do not personally deliver our bouquets - we use the Royal Mail special delivery service, and whilst Saturday deliveries, particularly to residential addresses are not normally a problem, the Royal Mail will not guarantee a Saturday delivery, and in the event of a late delivery we cannot offer any compensation.


If you do not specify a delivery date

If you place your order before 1.00pm Monday to Friday, your order will be dispatched on the same day.
If you place your order after 1.00pm Monday to Friday, your order will dispatched the next working day.
Your item is garanteed to be delivered next working day after dispatch before midday to most parts of the UK.
Flower Occasions will deliver world wide but cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery of any supplying agent due to circumstances beyond their control.

If you want to keep your bouquet in its delivery vase then skip instructions 1 to 3, add water and the flower food.
If you would like to use your own Vase then follow all steps below.

1.  Carefully remove the packaging from base of bouquet.
2.  Trim the ends by cutting off 2cms from the stems, being careful not to cut through the joints.
3.  Use a clean vase or container.
4.  Add the flower food, following the guidelines on the reverse of the sachet.
5.  Keep flowers away from ripening fruit
6.  Remove any foliage that falls beneath the water line level to avoid contaminating the water.
7.  Add fresh water daily or as required.
8.  For extra freshness some flowers are sent to you in bud.

If you are sending your flower bouquet as a gift simply enter your chosen message when you checkout. The message will appear on the gift card which is included with the flowers.  Please ensure you have the full recipient's address including postcode.
